We are pleased to welcome you to the {SHE}EO Round Table Lunch & Learn!

This month we will be joined by business owner and community leader, Dr. Nichole Thompson on The Pivot Path: Navigating the Messy and Beautiful Journey of Starting, Scaling, and Surviving in Business.

We will open at 11:00 AM CT for the in-person event with the program starting at 11:30 AM CT. This event will be held LIVE & In-Person. Lunch will be provided. 

The {SHE}EO Round Table is designed for women aspiring to leadership or already in leadership. The roundtable event features a guest speaker who will go on to lead thought-provoking group conversations over a meal. This month’s guest speaker is Dr. Nichole Thompson, owner of Gaitway Solutions, founder and co-owner of AdaChic Designs, and co-founder and co-owner of 400 Filmworks!

About Dr. Nichole Thompson 

For the past 25 years, Dr. Nichole Thompson has served in key roles within her community and abroad, providing her with a diverse background and portfolio. Dr. Thompson earned her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and has served in several senior administrative roles and professorships.

She’s co-authored multiple publications and has received numerous awards heralding her ability to thrust organizations to their next envisioned state.She is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record for launching successful startups both domestically and internationally. She is the founder of She Wins Global, a nonprofit organization that works to advance women and girls in marginalized and vulnerable communities across the globe with its primary focus on the educational development of Nigerian girls.

Additionally, Dr. Thompson is the founder and co-­owner of AdaChic Designs, a socially conscious handbag company that collaborates with African Designers in the production of leather goods. She’s been featured in numerous publications such as Buckhead Living, Nashville Fashion, Yahoo Style, and Black Enterprise. Dr. Thompson has a unique ability to transcend across many fields to include education, entrepreneurship, fashion & film.

As the co-founder of 400 Films LLC, Dr. Thompson serves as the Executive Producer of A Nation Within, a short documentary tracing the educational philosophy of Booker T. Washington and the founding of Tuskegee University. A Nation Within is currently being screened across the United States and has received two Best Short Documentary awards.
In her role as a consultant, Dr. Thompson works with organizations seeking to advance their institution, currently, she is leading efforts to support small businesses via the establishment of Montgomery’s Small Business One Stop Shop. She’s been described as a “cutting-edge global thought leader. She’s insightful, well-read, and always challenging the status quo, Dr. Thompson is a breath of fresh air.” Dr. Elise Vandamia, Community College of Allegheny College.
