DESCRIPTION:Vision without action is just a wish. \nThe Success Circle is a one-hour in-person workshop led by Trish Jordan\, Project Manager at REACH Women’s Business Center\, designed to help small business owners do something that gets skipped more than almost anything else: slow down\, get intentional\, and build goals that actually align with where they want to go. \nThis is not a motivational session. It is a working session. Participants will gain clarity on what they are actually working toward\, build confidence in the direction they are heading\, and leave with a concrete\, structured roadmap to move forward strategically — not just urgently. \nThe Success Circle format creates space for honest reflection and peer energy — a room of business owners who are all at the same stage of wanting to move forward with more intention.
