Must be registered in Montgomery County with 51% local ownership and have been in operation since February 15, 2020.
Hope has relaxed lending requirements, including flexibility on credit score, collateral, and debt service coverage, to help more small businesses qualify.
Funding can support payroll, rent, utilities, equipment, and other operational expenses — helping entrepreneurs recover and grow post-COVID.
