Arrive and check in within the first 20 minutes of the event's posted start time. Late check-ins are not eligible for a stamp.

Stay & Learn

Attend the full session. Stamps are only awarded to participants who complete the event and the post-event survey.

Earn & Win

Stamps accumulate toward prize tier drawings. The more events you attend, the higher the prize tier you enter.

Business Eligibility

Must operate as a legal entity — filed with the State of Alabama AND holding a current City of Montgomery business license. Sole proprietors without a legal entity are not eligible.

Check-In Window

Check in within the first 20 minutes of the event's posted start time. Example: event starts at 6:00 PM — must be checked in by 6:20 PM. No exceptions.

How to Earn a Stamp

All three steps required: (1) Check in within the first 20 minutes, (2) Attend the full session, (3) Complete the post-event survey. Missing any step = no stamp.

Eligible Events

Stamps are earned at any event hosted or officially partnered by SBOSS — including Small Business Week events, SBOSS On Your Side District stops (Districts 1–3), and all SBOSS partner events. Events not hosted or partnered by SBOSS do not qualify.

Incentives are 1st come, 1st serve while supplies last. Only 1 Grand Prize (Tier 3) winner. Drawing held May 30. Winners contacted privately before public announcement.

Questions

You can register at any point during May, including at your first event. However, stamps are only counted from the time your registration is confirmed. We recommend registering before May 4 to ensure all your stamps are captured from day one.
You are welcome to attend all SBOSS events for free. To be eligible for prize drawings, your business must be a legal entity filed with the State of Alabama and holding a current City of Montgomery business license. Need help? Our team can point you in the right direction.
You must check in within the first 20 minutes of the posted start time to receive a stamp. If you arrive after that window, you are still welcome to attend — but the event will not count toward your stamp total.
Yes — Districts 1, 2, and 3 are stamp-eligible SBOSS On Your Side stops. Check in within the first 20 minutes, stay for the full session, and complete the post-event survey to earn your stamp. Districts 4–9 and Pike Road are not stamp-eligible for this campaign.
If you qualify for multiple tiers, you will be entered into the highest tier you are eligible for. There is only 1 Grand Prize (Tier 3) winner. Tier 1 and Tier 2 may have multiple winners. All prizes are 1st come, 1st serve while supplies last.
After each event you will receive confirmation that your stamp has been logged. You can check your running stamp count at sbossmgm.com or by calling 334.209.5010. If you believe a stamp was missed, contact us within 48 hours of the event.
The drawing will be held on May 30, 2026. Winners will be contacted privately before any public announcement. The public announcement will be made on May 31 across SBOSS social media and by email to all registered participants.
Yes. Registration is completely free. Every event that counts toward your stamp total is also free to attend. There is no cost to participate at any level.
